POPULAR RESOURCES
HELPFUL TOPICS
1. It may be caused by poor contact of the power plug: Please unplug or disconnect the air conditioning power plug for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Use the remote control to aim at the air conditioning and press the power button to observe if it can operate normally
2. It may be due to the low battery level of the remote control: it is recommended that you replace the battery as soon as possible or clean the rust on the positive and negative metal plates of the battery
3. It may be that the remote control distance is too far: the maximum distance for remote control models to transmit is 8 meters. If the distance is too far, the signal cannot be effectively received. It is recommended that you operate close to the air conditioner
4. If the problem is still not resolved, there may be a malfunction. We suggest that you schedule a repair service
1. When the heating is started, it takes 5-10 minutes for the air outlet to preheat before hot air is released, which is a normal phenomenon: what you have encountered is that the anti cold air protection function is working normally. After the air conditioner is fully preheated (about 5-10 minutes), it will continue to output stable hot air. This is a normal phenomenon, please feel free to use it
2. The current poor performance may be related to the operating mode, temperature, or wind speed settings: please set the air conditioning mode to heating, adjust the temperature to 30 ℃, set the wind speed to high, and observe the effect after running for 5 minutes
3. Please check if the air inlet and outlet of the internal unit are equipped with air deflectors or covered with dust-proof cloth: obstructions can reduce air flow and affect heating efficiency. Please remove them in a timely manner to ensure smooth air inlet and outlet
Reason: It may be due to insufficient cooling water; Or the cooling load is too low; Or throttle hole malfunction; Poor heat transfer caused by fouling or other contaminants in the evaporator heat exchange tubes; Or insufficient refrigerant.
Solution: Check the cooling water circuit and add cooling water to the rated amount; Or check the rated temperature of the automatic start stop device; Or check if the expansion throttle valve is blocked; Or clean the heat exchange tubes; Or add refrigerant to the required amount.
